After signing the agreement, our engineers visit your premises to audit all machines. Every computer, laptop, network switch, printer, and camera is tagged with a durable barcode label containing a unique Serial Asset ID. This information is saved on our centralized CRM so any staff member can quote the ID during a breakdown for instant service.
You can simply call the dedicated Priority Hotline printed on your TECH YARD AMC Card (`077 011 3270`) or log a support ticket via our website / portal (`system.techyard.lk`). An engineer is immediately assigned and dispatched within your contract SLA window (1 to 4 hours).
For clients on Corporate SME and Enterprise plans, we provide Standby Loaner Backup Hardware. While your broken machine is being repaired, we install a temporary working PC or printer so your business operations never halt.
For any AMC package or cumulative invoice exceeding LKR 50,000 (such as the Corporate SME and Enterprise plans), businesses are eligible for a 0% 3-Month Installment Plan, allowing you to manage cash flows efficiently without large upfront burdens.
AMC covers 100% of routine maintenance labor, thermal repasting, dust extraction, network troubleshooting, and emergency onsite technician dispatches. If a physical part fails (e.g. SSD, RAM, Power Supply), replacement hardware is billed separately at an exclusive 10% to 15% Partner Discount.
